Login using CRN ID & Password > Go to Domain Transfer Center
If the Status is Request Fail, fill in Authcode (re-confirmed/ new Authcode by current Registrar)
Click on Re-submit Transfer Request
“We will initiate the transfer from your registrar. This should normally not take more than a few days. However if the transfer-in request fails due to any of the following reasons, take action as below:
a. Domain Auth code not valid. Enter the correct Auth code and Resubmit the request.
b. Domain Transfer Prohibited. Please get the Domain Unlocked from your current registrar and then Re-submit the Transfer request.”
